Terms & Conditions
1. Over 18s and UK residents only.
2. Applicants must be medically fit and have no underlying periodontal disease.
3. The competition winner agrees to a full New Patient Consultation to assess the health of the mouth.
4. The judge’s decision is final.
5. By entering the competition, you agree to all marketing associated with the competition on all social media platforms, the company website and any associated press. This includes, but is not limited to, before and after pics of your teeth, publication of the reasons you entered the competition, full face pictures of the end result of treatment.
6. New patients only.
7. To enter the competition, you must send a picture of your smile, a description of why you have entered and follow at least one of our social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
8. By entering the competition, you agree to communication about future promotions and offers.
9. The prize has no cash alternative and is not transferrable.
10. Only one entry per person.
11. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
12. We reserve the right to select a replacement winner if winner does not respond to communication within 14 days.
13. Treatment must begin before 02/06/2023.
14. We reserve the right to withdraw if the prize winner is unresponsive during the treatment process for more than 28 days.
15. Applicants must not be employed by Pontcanna Dental Care.
